Green Detox Oats Shake

- Add kare Spinach leaves – 1 cup
- Add kare Cucumber – ½ cup
- Add kare Lemon juice – 1 tsp
- Add Kare Coconut water – 1 cup
- Add Kare Mint leaves – few

Chocolate Protein Oats Shake (Gym wale din ke liye)

- Add Kare Rolled oats – 3 tbsp
- Add Kare Unsweetened cocoa powder – 1 tsp
- Add Kare Skim milk – 1 cup
- Add Kare 1 scoop whey protein (chocolate flavour)
- Add Kare Stevia / honey – optional
